account transit times (from shipping facility to your doorstep). Manufacturing lead times begin after we receive your final order confirmation via secure link, which proceeds your verbal order review with a shutter expert.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
*We do not ship outside the continental USA. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, we can ship your order to any mainland destination, shipping arrangements from there to you are your sole responsibility.
What happens after I place my order online?
It depends whether you opted in to a free Design-Check or not.
- If you Opted in to a free Design-Check Callback at checkout: A member of our team will call you to check you've measured according to the measuring guides and advise on your design and aesthetics before anything goes into production.
- After your call with our team, we’ll send you a secure payment link to confirm and pay for your order. Be sure to check your spam folder.
- You must click on the link in the email, log in and review your order one last time. This last step is in place to ensure you are absolutely happy with your order.
- Once you click "Confirm" your order is automatically placed into production.
- If you don’t opt in: we will process your order exactly as you've placed it. If we spot that your design doesn't work for any reason, we'll call you to discuss the best solution, otherwise we will manually confirm your order*.
*Our team reviews orders during working hours only, so orders placed outside these times will be checked at the next working opportunity.
Once confirmed either way, we’ll keep you updated by email when your shutters move into production and again once they’re on their way.
What should I expect on delivery day?
For orders over 60 sq.ft, they are shipped palletized. Our chosen LTL carrier will contact you to scheduled your curbside delivery. An adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign and accept pallet(s). Carrier will drop off pallet on curbside or driveway. Please know they will not dismantle pallet or deliver indoors, this includes a garage. Customers are responsible for discarding of boxes and pallets. If you live in a multi story building, be sure to make arrangements to carry boxes into building. For any orders under 60 sq.ft, they will ship FedEx Ground with no signature requirement.
What should I do if the packaging is damaged?
Whether order arrives palletized or FedEx ground, you still want to accept your order. However, for palletized orders you must sign for the pallet as "damaged." Once carrier has left, inspect all contents. Anything that is damaged we will need a picture and shutter name emailed to
[email protected], with your order number (TU#####) in the subject line. Per our Terms and Conditions, any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If you need an extension, not a problem. Simply send us an email with your request and include number of extra days needed.
